Module two of “Arts-Based Community Making” continued to present concrete examples of projects that directly address issues as defined by the community both creating and benefiting from the art. Theoretical framing provided by Doris Sommer’s book The Work of Art in the World examines cultural agents and discusses entropic influences on public art that seeks to agitate.
